Another year is rapidly coming to an end. Because December is so busy, we have to be intentional about taking moments out for ourselves. Journaling is an excellent way to take some time out for ourselves and reflect on how things are going. These December journal prompts ask reflection questions focusing on your mindset. Use these prompts to destress and help you develop your action plan for the upcoming year.
